Tenant find only We will advise you by visiting your property and making recommendations on rent levels and any maintenance or renewals as may be required.
We will find the right tenants for your property using our website, social media and extensive tenant database.
We’ll organise the paperwork - every tenancy is provided with a professional tenancy agreement and a detailed independent inventory. This reduces disputes when it comes to check out and the property is being efficiently and effectively looked after
We register your deposit with the DPS at no extra charge.
We can arrange services at no extra charge to you such as gas safety certificates, EPC’s, cleaning and general maintenance. Unlike with some other agents we don’t add on extra charges, you only pay what we pay!
We’ll organise rent payment - on the day the tenants collect their keys we set up a standing order to pay their rent and give them details provided by you of whom to contact in future.
Managed Serviced You can be involved as much or as little as you want to be! We are happy to deal with everything and send you a statement each month or if you prefer we can run everything past you before we do anything. We can even use your tradespeople, provided they are happy to work within our systems!

We’ll check on your property by carrying out mid- term inspections to ensure the property is being looked after. We’ll arrange for the same company that do the inventory to do the check out so there are transparent, clear recommendations on deposit return.
