Sussex Student Lettings is a student focused lettings agency, offering a very friendly, accessible and free service to students, and striving for better student housing in Sussex. Run by the Students' Union, Sussex is the only University in the South with its own lettings agency.
We offer full managment, let only and room only services to landlords at competitive rates. As part of the students’ union we have an existing relationship with and are trusted by students. This and our range of student support services allows us to be able to offer a different approach, leading to a hassle free lettings service for both landlords and students.
The 'Rate Your Landlord Report 2011-2012' has just been released, providing an interesting (and eye-opening) insight into the lettings experience for students throughout Brighton.
